Coopers Park Corporation will be developing three new towers (a total of 309 new homes) in the Coopers Quay neighbourhood at Concord Pacific Place along the north shore of False Creek in downtown Vancouver. Coopers Quay is located at the centre of Concord Pacific's 163 - acre master-planned community, with the Quayside Marina, a 4 - acre waterfront park and the famous seawall all at its doorstep. The neighbourhood has sunny south - facing waterfront views across False Creek to the site of the future 2010 Olympic Village. Yaletown, with its raved about shopping and dining hot spots, is right next door and the downtown business district is only a short walk away.

This is Vancouver's newest waterfront neighbourhood... and also one of the last pieces of available waterfront real estate in downtown Vancouver.
